The Proserpina Hussar’s brigade insignia is a stylized rendition of three blood limpets on a field of green. Native to the swamps of Proserpina, the blood limpet is a quasi-reptile with a hard green shell and six legs.
The blood limpet crest appears on the 3rd Hussars’ machines’ upper right legs, and unit members paint the regimental insignia of a bat on their ‘Mech’s upper left arms. Per FM: Draconis Combine, pages 107 and 109.
